Side by Side Lean Hog (HE)-Effective March 04, 2002

Update: Opening time at 9:10 a.m.

The Board of Directors approved electronic trading of side by side trading of Lean Hog Futures (HE) on Globex2�. Side-by-side trading of options on Lean Hog futures may be considered at a later date. The effective date for side-by-side trading is March 04, 2002.

The electronic contract specifications are the same as the trading floor contract except in the following areas:

  • Opening time at 9:10 a.m. [open outcry opens at 9:10 a.m.]
  • List only 3 contract months [open outcry lists 9 months]
  • Ticker Symbol is HE [open outcry symbol is LH]
